Scope & Agreement
These Terms & Conditions apply to all course bookings made via grahamkeat.co.uk, email, phone, or the course enquiry/booking form.
By booking a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Booking Process
All courses must be booked in advance via the booking/enquiry form on the website, or by contacting Graham Keat directly.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Places on courses are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment Terms
Payment details will be provided at the time of booking or confirmation.
Full payment is required to secure a place on a course
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your place on a course, you must notify Graham Keat as soon as possible by email or phone.
Refunds are offered as follows:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date: full refund
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the course start date: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date: no refund
Course Changes & Provider Cancellation
Graham Keat reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, low enrolment, or events beyond reasonable control.
In the event of cancellation by Graham Keat, participants will be offered a full refund, or the option to transfer to a future course date
Health, Medical & Safety Responsibilities
Course content is educational and supportive in nature and is not intended to replace medical advice.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part in any practical elements of a course.
You must inform Graham Keat of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns before participating.
Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided during the course.
Conduct & Participation
Graham Keat reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a participant from a course if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
No refund will be issued in cases of removal due to unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
Participation in courses is undertaken at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, and resources remain the intellectual property of Graham Keat.
Course materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.
Data Protection
Personal data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and the website’s Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
Graham Keat reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version published on the website at the time of booking will apply.
