Have been attending weekly sessions with Graham for a few weeks now and I am thoroughly enjoying his well structured and planned sessions.
The unit is clean, tidy and has a wide range of equipment allowing a full body workout depending on what activities have been set.
Graham is very mindful of his clients capabilities and will adapt and amend activities as required. Graham is very calming, encouraging and positive throughout the session and spends time afterwards to answer any questions or queries.
If you are not a fan of working out in large groups, or just prefer a calmer environment then I highly recommend Graham.
Started Grahams programme 3 weeks ago and already have learnt so much about food intake and how much fats,salt and sugars is included in foods and how much we actually need. A gentle exercise routine finishes off every session. Graham is very knowledgeable and gives excellent insight into what we need for a healthy lifestyle. Would definitely recommend this programme to anyone!
